Hi, I'm Anka.I know this feeling all too well – I’ve been there myself. My mind felt like a carousel, spinning with the same questions over and over again:
Do I really need breakfast? Why can’t I stick to intermittent fasting? Why can’t I stay away from chocolate, even though I know I shouldn’t eat it? And eating right now? It’s already so late!Every day, we make countless decisions, and of course, being mindful of our nutrition is important. But for me, it reached a point where it controlled my daily life. The constant inner battle was exhausting.
Until one day, I decided I didn’t want to live like this anymore.In 2021, I started my training as a nutrition coach at the Academy of Naturopathy to learn the foundations of nutrition. But knowledge alone wasn’t enough. I needed more – mindfulness and inner work became essential parts of my journey. Over time, with practice and support, I learned to reconnect with my body. I no longer overeat, I can stop after just one piece of chocolate, and I eat only when I’m truly hungry – and, most importantly, when I consciously choose to.I know that you can achieve this too.
